Job Purpose:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – Waste Management to develop new business, manage client relationships, and promote waste management and environmental services across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the waste management, recycling, facility management, construction, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, site visits, and client referrals.
Promote waste collection, transportation, disposal, recycling, and related environmental services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand waste management requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closures.
Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and business opportunities with private and government-sector clients.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client records, and regular sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Environmental Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in waste management, recycling, environmental services, FM, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and established client/business contacts will be an advantage.
Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and close sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Qatar driving license is preferred.
Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
